1. Introduction: Who We Are
Camply Labs, Inc. ("we", "our", "the company") provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offering AI-powered tools for creating advertising campaigns, generating marketing content, automating media buying, analyzing performance, and managing digital campaigns ("the Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and updated registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
- You may not transfer, resell, or share account access.
- All activities under your account are your full responsibility.
3. License and Permitted Use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.
You may not:
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the platform.
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.
- Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
- Sell or rent accounts to third parties.
4. User Content Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, created, or generated through the platform.
You warrant that:
- You own the rights to the content you use.
- It does not violate copyrights, patents, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- It complies with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
- It does not include harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal materials.
You retain ownership over uploaded content. You grant Camply permission to store and process content solely for operating the Service.
5. Integrations and Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Camply is not responsible for:
- Algorithm changes
- API limitations
- Account bans or suspensions
- Outages or disruptions in third-party systems
- Rejected ads or policy violations
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with each platform's advertising policies.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, Renewal, and Refunds
- Billing is processed securely via Stripe (Payment Processor).
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
- You may cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges only.
Refund Policy (Global Standard)
Refunds are not provided once a billing cycle begins, except in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate charge
- Billing system error
- Unauthorized transaction caused by platform malfunction
- First-time refund granted at company discretion
Refunds are not given for:
- Lack of results
- Dissatisfaction with lead quality
- Campaign performance
- Changes in business needs
- Misunderstanding of how the platform works
Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.
7. Suspension and Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated for:
- Violating these Terms
- Misuse of the Service
- Non-payment
- Illegal behavior, fraud, or harmful actions
- Violation of third-party ad policies
Termination does not grant refund rights.
8. Disclaimer: No Guarantee of Results
Camply does not guarantee:
- Leads
- Conversions
- Sales
- Revenue
- CPL/CPA/ROAS metrics
- Business growth
- Campaign performance
Marketing outcomes are influenced by many external factors outside our control, including competition, market activity, platform algorithms, budget levels, account history, and user behavior.
You acknowledge and accept that advertising results vary and involve inherent financial risk.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The platform generates content using artificial intelligence.
You acknowledge that:
- AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete content
- You must review and approve all content before publishing
- Camply is not responsible for legal, marketing, or financial outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties.
Camply is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Loss of revenue or business
- Loss of data
- Downtime or outages
- Campaign failures
- Rejected ads
- Platform disruptions
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
11. No Professional Advice
AI-generated suggestions and marketing insights do not constitute professional advice (marketing, legal, financial, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for actions based on the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, the content you create, or breach of these terms of use.
13. Intellectual Property
- All IP rights in the platform belong to Camply.
- You may not copy or distribute platform materials.
- Content you create with the AI belongs to you, subject to compliance with copyright laws.
14. Data Deletion
Upon disconnecting or submitting a deletion request, Meta-related data will be removed within 30 days.
Billing data may be retained as required by law.

15. Global Governing Law and Jurisdiction
To operate internationally, Camply applies the following structure:
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (a neutral, globally recognized standard for SaaS products).
15.2 International Users
Where legally required, consumer protections in your country of residence may also apply.
15.3 Jurisdiction
Unless prohibited by applicable law, legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Courts of Delaware, USA.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
